Do You Know If You Are Giving Your Feline Safe Cat Food?
You almost certainly reckon that because your cat's food is not recalled that it must be safe and sound for your cat to enjoy. It is not necessarily correct. Unless you are using homemade cat food or natural cat food then there are some things you need to know.
A lot of commercially made cat foods happen to be so bad for your cat that they are in reality damaging him.
A lot of commercially made cat foods do not have any nutritional value in them in the least. What's even worse is that they may just contain poison. You don't want your feline to eat poison? Well other possible meat sources for cat food is animals that were put down at the pound. The trouble with this is (other then the totally obvious that your cat just isn't a cannibal) would be that the poison they'll use to put the animals down isn't going to cook out when they cook the meat.
Not only do they use poisoned animals, but any flea collars they may have on or collars with steel id tags that are on the animal get ground up as well. Additionally , they use any road kill that cannot be buried as a meat resource. When they process meat at processing plants any regions of the cow that aren't edible for human beings goes in a big barrel. This includes any parts of meat with puss, cancer malignancy, or various other disease's.
Subsequently that leaves us with dead, dying, or unhealthy animals for the meat source and the meat by products are even worse. It's no wonder that the majority of cats do not even live 1 / 2 of their natural life span.
The more I investigated the ingredients of commercially made cat food the more appalled I became, to the point that I didn't even want to touch my own cats food to feed it to him.
In order to supply your cat with a reliable diet that will permit him to have the nourishment he would need to develop strong and healthy a mixture of homemade cat food and safe commercial cat foods are advisable.
