From Valentines to Christmas I love to celebrate them all. I also put up decorations for every one of the holidays. I put a lot into decorating since I don’t have kids to spend my money on. I want to go all out on Halloween for the kids in the neighborhood this year. I wanted to pick up things for the yard and my house to create a spectacular halloween dcor. I decided to check online and see if I could get any creative ideas. I lucked out and found a halloween shopping site that carries decorations, creepy props and really super pets costumes. I fell in love with the giant spider they have there. Most of my porch would be covered with that thing. One of the neat props is a crawling hand they have online. There were even some creepy costumes that would be perfect for me. I’m sure the kids in the neighborhood would enjoy having me dress up for trick or treat night.

Since I don’t have any kids, I’m going to dress my little dog in one of the amazing little costumes for pets they have online. I was amazed at the costumes for pets that they came up with. I checked out a few of them and really thought the little canine cowboy was one of the cutest. The prison dog costume was really cute too. Who’s creative imagination thinks up these creations? I know I definitely want to pick out a cute little halloween pet costume for Mikey. I really liked the biker dog and pirate costumes. When they’re all so cute, it’s hard to make a choice. Since I couldn’t make up my mind on costumes, I went ahead with the decoration and props order. I did order the giant spider. I have a big enough front porch that I think it would work out great. I ordered window clings and a bloody cover for my front door. They have a neat crawling hand that I decided I would put right next to the candy bowl on my little table on the porch. I’ve also added some tombstones for the yard that I ordered online. I already have a coffin with a skeleton inside from last year that I’m adding to the yard dcor. I also decided to get a couple of bats, a few little spiders and webs to string along on my porch banister. I think I have it all together now.

Mikeys little costume was next on my agenda. I’m getting the little tuxedo and derby looking hat for my dog, Mikey. This cute little costume has a bow tie and cape with it. He will look so classy in his dapper little suit. This online Halloween site has an awful lot of large and small pet costumes to choose from. You can dress your little dog in so many different costumes. Seeing all the little pups in different costumes was a treat in itself. I tried Mikeys’ halloween costume on him right away. He was the cutest little thing in the tux and hat. My dog barked out his not so happy opinion of my costume, when I put it on. But after a few minutes he realized it was me and he was fine with it.

I was very happy with the costumes and the decorations I bought. I could hardly wait to decorate my house and yard with all these fabulous accessories. I even found some cd’s with spooky music and sounds for halloween. For a really creepy halloween addition, I thought the cd’s would be perfect. There are a few of the older kids that are helping me with the decorations. We’re going to have a super halloween this year.
