Pet Fence - a System That Keeps Your Pet Safe, without Prison-Like Fences

To keep his dog safe, Andrew was thinking of building a fence - a real physical fence - around his home. The fence had to be high, high enough so that Sheepshank, Andrew's overactive Labrador, would not want to go over that fence, as he usually did on Andrew's garden fence. Beyond that fence are some woods leading to an open space, where dog and owner used to spend time together. That was until contractors came for the park, planning a row of cheap housing units. But both dog and master longed for that space.

Andrew owns his property - so he's lucky; if he had been renting, he would have be prohibited from digging up the property. Also, had he been living in a community where zoning rules prohibit installing physical fences, he would also not be able to do it. So what's stopping Andrew?

Time and the cost. If he's to build install the fence himself, he'll need to buy the materials and tools to bury the fences with. Contractors could also be hired to do all of the work. Besides, will Sheepshank be okay with this, with being fenced in like a convict? And that's after spending a lot for all of it.

At a cheaper price, there's a way around these

A way around these is an invisible pet fence. This set up is composed of wires buried around your home - through those wires a unit inside the house broadcasts radio signals. At the most you'll need a garden shovel - one small enough to use by hand - and use it to do the digging and patting down of soil yourself. No digging and hammering tools needed. No contractors, too. Once the wires have been buried you need to connect it to the broadcast unit in your home and plug it in.

Should the dog-wearing of the collar go near the boundaries, the device on the collar sounds off a warning tone.
Should the dog stay there or continue to try and get out, the tone shifts into a static correction. Your dog must learn to heed these signals by not getting outside the perimeter.
By not wanting to get that annoying shock, your dog will be accustomed to not barking at all.
